The Design
A Surveyor will carry out a site survey to identify if the building can be adapted,
Provide plans, schedule of works and tender documents
Provide Regulatorary applications where required for Planning and Building Regulation approval
Assess returned tenders & advise on suitabiliy
Oversee onsite work & contract management if reqired.
Carry out final inspections.
